Weight loss diet plan
what are the food items, which i should avoid or add to my diet if i wish to loose my body weight?

- You should avoid the fast foods, fatty foods and spicy foods.
- You should added the fibrous foods, fruit juice, green vegetable soups (especially spinach and tamato soup) and little amount of butter or olive oil or coconut oil or almond oil .
- When you fell hungry you can take sporated gram and barley. All these items are fat free and protenious.
- If you have wish to loose body weight, you should follow the above regulation.
