A bowl of brown rice salad with tomatoes, chickpeas, a dash of Worcestershire and Tabasco sauce, salt and pepper, onion, and fresh basil
A bowl of potato and leek soup with French bread
A bowl of whole meal spaghetti with tomato and garlic pasta sauce sprinkled with Parmesan cheese shavings. For dessert, have a small bowl of rice pudding with fresh strawberries.
