Best Herbs For Weight Loss

Dandelion is one of the best herbs for weight loss. It contains vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, C, E, G & P, iron, calcium, chlorine, sodium, phosphorus, magnesium & lecithin. It can be taken in powdered or dehydrated form & it cures stomachache when taken along with peppermint & chamomile as tea. The herb Kelp has a high content of iodine which causes weight loss distribution. It also contains all the essential vitamins & minerals & can be taken in powdered form as a substitute for salt but its overuse should be avoided.

Parsley is also one of the important herbs for weight loss which prevents water retention.

Its tea is beneficial for kidney & bladder disorders & helps in losing weight. Another essential herb for weight loss is Echinacea which can be consumed in powdered or dehydrated form. Steep it in an equal amount of water for 15 to 20 minutes & drink 1 cup of it every hour but warm it every time. Chickweed is an important herb which aids other herbs in dissolving fats. Its powder can be sprinkled in salads or it can be consumed in dehydrated form. Fennel is a fiber & contains omega 3 fatty acid. It is very good for releasing gas & for treating obesity effectively.
