Obesity is becoming an increasingly common problem all over the world and the fact that some countries are even declaring the condition to be a pandemic only serves to highlight the threat posed. There are a number of factors that have significantly contributed to the obesity explosion including the over reliance on a number of automated pieces of machinery to perform actions that would have previously required a significant amount of manual labor – thereby providing the body with the physical exercise required to burn off some of the layers of fat.
