Juices for liver and low blood pressure

Good liver health requires detoxification, as a part of its program. A glass of lime juice with your meal helps in cleansing of the liver. It enhances the digestion and prevents any contamination of the blood. Lemon juice also helps in case of gall stones. Mix lemon juice with Epsom salt and olive oil.

Consume this twice a day with a fat free diet, as the accumulated bile applies pressure and contributes to its removal. Lemon juice is also a rich source of vitamin C, which is an antioxidant. In liver troubles, contaminants and pollutants from the liver generate free radicals. Vitamin C neutralises and nullifies these radicals and thereby helps in liver cure.

Juice therapy is vital as a part of many liver treatments. Liver flush for two days helps in liver treatments. Drink two glasses of organic apple juice for two days, in addition to fruits and vegetables. Follow it up with lime juice and Epsom salt.

Low blood pressure or hypotension is due to an improper dietary pattern. It increases the flexibility and stretchability of the vessel walls and thereby lowers the pressure.  Low blood pressure is commonly associated with a juice diet. Individuals with low blood pressure are not recommended to be totally just on a juice diet.

Raw beet root juice is beneficial for low blood pressure. This is taken twice a day. Carrot juice is high in potassium and vitamin A. It regulates the heart beat and thereby prevents blood pressure. A combination of capsicum, parsley and garlic juice helps low blood pressure.

Low blood pressure treatment involves the use of medication and proper diet. Some of the commonly used blood pressure medications are fludrocortisone, erythropoietin, non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs and pyridostigmine. Other low blood pressure remedies involve abstinence from alcoholic beverages. Small and frequent meals are helpful. Decrease the intake of high carbohydrate foods. Adequate amount of water in the diet proves beneficial. Water increases the blood volume and reduces the risk of dehydration, which in turn helps hypotension. Walk and move around in a slow manner, as the risk of fainting is high.

Low blood pressure treatment, fails to always respond positively to a high sodium diet. Though low blood pressure is possible due to reduced intake of salt, a physician’s guidance is necessary. Low blood pressure cure is also possible with the use of compression stockings. It decreases blood pooling and varicose veins.

Trouble with the liver is often due to too much alcohol, too much fat and too few B vitamins. Take yeast supplementation.
