I have boils under my armpit for 9 years it is not cured permanently once in 2 to 3 weeks, it swells and emetic puss went through allopathic, homeopathic I also use to drink alcohol kindly suggest medicine and diet.

Boils are technically quite harmless and are usually a reaction to intense heat or dryness. It is caused by bacteria that seep into the skin. Sometimes the boils may get infected and cause abscess. According to your description, it seems that the boils are not causing any kind of serious problems in your body. There is no need to worry.

Boils can be treated with the use of simple remedies and diet. There could be various reasons to why you have been developing boils.

Since, intense heat is considered to be one of the main causes of boils; your city's temperature could be the problem. Boils are also a result of some kind of allergic reaction which you might not be aware of. In this case, it is extremely important to look for various things you might be allergic to. Home remedies for boils are known to be quite effective in this case. In your case, it is extremely important to keep your skin clean and dry at all times. Mash two garlic slices and apply it directly on the boil. Follow this procedure at least three times in a day. Milk is one of the oldest remedies for the treatment of boils. Soak a cotton ball with milk and put it on the affected area for at least five minutes and see a remarkable change in a matter of two to three weeks.

Apart from the home remedies, it is also very important to consume a suitable diet which will help in getting rid of boils. Increase the intake of orange in your daily diet. Consume at least four glasses of orange juice on an everyday basis. Green vegetables, fish, meat and eggs contain high amounts of essential nutrients and must be consumed on a daily basis. Drink huge amounts of liquid all throughout the day. This will help you keep you hydrated and flush out toxins, this will prevent future occurrences of boils. Stop smoking completely and reduce the intake of alcohol. Avoid foods which are sugary such as cakes, pastries, candies and many more. Foods containing spices must be avoided as well. These are some of the measures you can apply in order to curb the boils. These measures are safe and will not cause any kind of side effects to your health.
