Try one combination of juices daily for at least a full week when attacks are expected, If you find one that helps, then keep with it for as long as remains useful:

Grapefruit 1pt (550ml).
Carrot 10 fl oz (275ml); celery 10 fl oz (275ml).
Carrot 12 fl oz (350ml); spinach 8 fl oz (225ml).
Horseradish (grated) 40z (100g); lemon 4 fl oz (100ml); water 12 fl
oz (350ml).
Carrot 13 fl oz (375ml); radish (root and top) 7 fl oz (200ml).

Lettuce 8 fl oz (225ml); celery 12 fl oz (350ml).
Lettuce 12 fl oz (350ml); potato 8 fl oz (225ml).
Carrot 5 fl oz (150ml); watercress 5 fl oz (150ml); parsley 3 fl oz
(75ml); potato 7 fl oz (200ml).
Garlic 1 fl oz (25ml).

Bad Breath

Check that your teeth are clean and without decay. Select foods rich in dietary fiber to keep the bowels active. Ensure that any infections of the chest, nose, mouth and throat are treated.
Lemon juice 2 fl oz (50ml) in warm water on rising, plus one of:
Carrot 10 fl oz (275ml); spinach 5 fl oz (150ml); cucumber 5 fl oz
Apple 1pt (550ml).
Apple 10 fl oz (275ml; celery 8 fl oz (225ml).
Carrot 10 fl oz (275ml); celery 6 fl oz (l75ml).
