Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to the crushed cereal. Now dip the chicken tenders in egg white and then roll them in the crushed cereal. Spray a baking tray and the tenders with the cooking spray. Bake the chicken for about 30 minutes. After 15 minutes of baking, turn the tenders over so that they get browned on both sides. - 4-8 chicken tenders (skinless and boneless)
