Low Intake of Calories for Weight Loss

There are different types of calorie diets expounded by various diet experts. Some of them are Negative Calorie Diet, Low-Calorie Diet, Calorie Restriction Diet, The 1500 calorie diet, The 1200 calorie diet, The 1800 calorie diet, The 1100 Calorie Diet, The 1000 Calorie Diet so on and so forth based on the specific number of calories as a diet program, the individual wishes to embark upon. However anyone wanting to start on a calorie diet, as with all diets, must first consult a physician and also see that the diet is overseen by the physician.

Calorie diets usually last anywhere between three to six months and relatively shorter than most long term based diets. However it is possible that entering into a diet plan that has very low intake of calories can result in prolonged and serious health complications.

There are numerous side effects related to low calorie diets. People who are on a low calorie diet usually suffer from tiredness, nausea, frequent and watery bowel movements, and sometimes even constipation.

If you start to suffer rapid weight loss, you might even develop gall stones problems. Hence it is appropriate that you consult a doctor for the right kind of diet plan or program depending upon your height and weight.
