Best Weight Loss For Women

Men & women have different anatomy so their physical requirements are also different. There is no shortcut method to build muscles or lose fat. Balanced diet & regular exercise is needed for weight loss in women.

If you have a BMI (Body Mass Index) more than 25 then you need to start weight loss & health programs. Or if your waist-to-hip-ratio is more than 1 then you are at possible risk of diseases. You are susceptible to cardiovascular diseases & type II diabetes.

The kind of foods that you eat, your regular physical activities, stress, age & genes determine the causes for being overweight or obese.

Permanent weight loss can only occur & stay permanently if you make permanent changes in your lifestyle. You must learn to balance the amount of food that you eat with the amount of physical activity that you do in one day. Eat healthy foods & workout regularly. You can perform yoga postures at home or do other physical activities like cycling, running or brisk walking. Do not overtire yourself but get adjusted to the routine slowly. Even during pregnancy, there are some exercises that you can do to keep fit & for easy child birth. Remain active & have a positive outlook to get your ideal weight & maintain good health.
