Regular consumption of garlic can reduce the risk of cancers like breast cancer, colon cancer and stomach and pancreatic cancer. Similarly, studies have shown that ginger used in cooking can kill cancer cells at a faster rate as compared to chemotherapy medicines. High salt contents in any diet can cause inflammations which result in heart disease, kidney disease, high blood pressure and also increase the chances of getting different types of cancer. Anticancer herbs can be used as a substitute for salt to avoid such complications. Herbs like ginger and black pepper are known to directly attack tumors while mustard, cumin and caraway can neutralize the effects of carcinogenic toxins. Using these herbs in cooking can also help you lose weight because you tend to focus more on the dietary requirements. In conclusion we can say that cooking with anticancer herbs and spices enables you to avoid medications, fight diseases naturally and live a long and healthy life.
