ALFALFA
Medicago sativa

This plant is also known as Lucerne or Bum clover. It is a sprout and has long roots. Traditionally alfalfa has been used to help humans and cattle gain weight. It is also reputed to aid in hair growth.
 
Alfalfa is an excellent source of Vitamin A, Vitamin C, and Vitamin K.

it also provides a wide spectrum of minerals.

Alfalfa juice is generally taken in combination with carrot juice because it is very strong on its own and does not have a very nice flavor.

APPLE
Pyrus malus

 Apples are some of the most widely consumed variety of fruit. There are many varieties of apples to choose from such as Ribston Pippin, Golden Noble, Reinette, Ontario, King of the Pippins, Bramleys, Beauty of Bath, Blen¬heim Orange, Cox's and Jonathans, Golden Delicious, Worcester Pearmain.

Apples provide the body with Vitamin C, thiamine, riboflavin, nicotinic acid, carotene, biotin, folic acid minerals, pectins, mallic acid, and tannic acid. Apple juice cleanses the digestive system and purifies the blood. It is also beneficial for the skin and liver, and acts as a general tonic.

Cider Vinegar contains many of the properties that are present in apples. Two teaspoonfuls of cider vinegar in a glass of water is an excellent substitute in the unlikely even that you cannot obtain apples.
