  • ¼ Cup raw oats
  • 2 bananas
  • 3 tablespoons of peanut butter

Place the milk and the raw oats in a blender and mix them well. Once the oats have completely blended with the milk, add the bananas and the peanut butter. Continue blending all the ingredients together, till they reach the desired consistency.

Whey Protein Shakes For Children

Older kids who’d like to increase their muscle mass can try adding protein shakes to their daily diet. Given below is a protein shake recipe for older children:
  • 1 Cup milk
  • 1 scoop of chocolate whey protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter

First blend the milk and the chocolate whey protein powder in a blender, till they are mixed completely. Add the peanut butter and continue blending the ingredients, till they reach the desired consistency.
